You can ask your employer to check his bank account. If the check that he gave as INS fees is debited your application is selected

Hello Everybody,
My employer filed my application on April 1st but I still haven’t received any kind of response from him. They told me wait for first week of june 2008. even they are not telling me i am selected or what , or in really they taking such a time.
How long will it take for them to send receipts to the selected candidates. It is already a month and I’m really tensed because it may be turning point of my career. can you please update/guide me , now what i have to do.

Me and my spouse had applied under premium processing. Early last week my employer had notified that my petition is approved. My wife’s case is still pending to be known.

I believe there will be a notification received for either case – approved or rejected.

You should receive a notice within the next two weeks. If you had applied for premium processing, it could be earlier.
